I have taught musical theatre, opera and operetta students at the 'Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten' in Tilburg since 2003. I cover amongst other things: drama, performance techniques, song interpretation, exam preparation and direction. To this end I work in close collaboration with singing master Edward Hoepelman.
Graduates find themselves working in Europe’s top segment of musical theatre.

I coach professional singers, actors, conductors and musicians on an individual basis. This may be in preparation for auditions and performances, but also as a tool to combat stage fright, improve presentation techniques or communication skills.

I use methods and techniques which enable the performer to show "the best" of themselves: to surpass themselves. Not adhering to one particular technique, I believe that different people require individual approaches and clarifications. Techniques are there to help you, not the other way round.
